How do I request a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. Select the TradingPro purchase and choose "Request a Refund".
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at theo.james888@icloud.com with a description of the issue, your macOS version, and steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
Is my trading data sent to any servers?
No. All market data processing and trading analysis happens entirely on your device. Your watchlists and portfolio data never leave your Mac. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you have a free trial?
