Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using TradingPro ("the App", Bundle ID: trading.insights), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Steve Lee ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, with notice provided by updating the "Last updated" date above.

License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on Apple devices that you own or control
- Use the App for your personal or commercial trading analysis and market research
- Access updates and new features as they are released
This license is granted solely for use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Steve Lee.

Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App's source code
- Use the App to create competing products or services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the App
- Use the App to process content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Circumvent any technical measures designed to protect the App

Your Content
You retain full ownership of all watchlists, notes, and portfolio data you create or import into the App ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to use, edit, and export all content you import
- Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- You are solely responsible for the content you create and distribute using the App
Since all processing occurs on-device, we do not have access to Your Content at any time.

Purchases & Refunds
TradingPro is available as a subscription through the Apple App Store. All transactions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms and refund policies.
For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through your App Store purchase history. We do not process refunds directly but will cooperate with Apple's refund process where required.
In-app purchases, if any, are also processed through Apple and are subject to the same terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The App will meet your specific requirements
You assume all risk associated with the use of the App and any content you process with it.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Steve Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App
- Any conduct or content of third parties
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your content
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession. Sections covering Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
